Hi everybody,
hope you are all fine.

I have a question about Ag coloration of DNA which I couldn't find any answer to.

I use this type of coloration for some acrylamide gels. And apparently, but I am not sure, the washing of glasses with isopropanol seems to make the coloration imposible. Does someone already worked with acrylamide gels or with Ag tintion ?
